Like many emerging economies, the Latin American region provides significant opportunity for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and other health care organizations.
However, these firms face increasing regulatory and compliance-related challenges in this market.
The University of Miami’s Latin American Health Care Compliance Certificate Program, a collaborative effort of the Center for Health Sector Management and Policy at the School of Business Administration and its corporate partners, is designed to address these challenges.
The intensive three-day educational and training program provides health care compliance officers with the knowledge and experience they need to successfully navigate the increasingly complex pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device regulatory environment in Latin America. Participants will:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the health care compliance realities in Latin America
- Learn how to meet the challenges through highly interactive training modules that utilize case studies selected exclusively for the participating firm’s unique environment
- Realize tangible and measurable results that impact and improve the organization’s bottom line
