Step 2 - Review:

• Alumni Elective Course Offerings 2013  
  

• Schedule - combined course offerings and concentration information 

Step 3 - Fill out: 

• Term 2 Course Request Form – 1 course per slot
  This is a writeable PDF.  Fill in the areas on the form indicated below:

• Your student number will be provided by Graduate Business Programs
• Your Name
• Your Email address
• Your 1 - 3 course picks (including the Department, Course and Section identifiers)
• Student Signature – you may type your name

• Term 3 Course Request Form – 1 course per slot
  Same as above for Term 2.
  

Step 4 - Submit: 

• Course Request Forms and Application for Readmission and submit to kgaunt@bus.miami.edu with the following subject line: "Application for Readmission: Electives"

Step 5 - Deadline:

•   The deadline to apply is March 16, 2013.  Courses will be closed when filled to seat capacity.
