Two Vice Deans Appointed

Dean Barbara E. Kahn has appointed Dr. Anuj Mehrotra Vice Dean of Graduate Business Programs and Dr. Linda L. Neider Vice Dean of Undergraduate Business Programs.
Dr. Mehrotra was formerly Chair of the Department of Management Science. He is a globally recognized expert in call-center staffing and scheduling, network design and clustering. He joined the faculty in 1993, became Chair in 2002 and was named Leslie O. Barnes Professor of Management Science in 2003.
Dr. Mehrotra received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Birla Institute of Science and Technology in India. He earned an M.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology, both in operations research.
Dr. Neider, Professor of Management, was formerly Chair of the Department of Management. She has an international reputation for her expertise in leadership, organizational behavior and human resource management. She joined the faculty in 1979 and served in a number of administrative roles, including Chair of the Department of Management, Vice Dean for Faculty under former Dean Ken Fedor, Director of the Ph.D. Program in Industrial Psychology and Co-Director of the Masters Program in the Management of Technology.
Dr. Neider received a B.A. summa cum laude and then continued on to receive an M.B.A. as well as M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
