Management Professor’s Research to be Recognized at Premier Industrial Engineering Conference

Haresh Gurnani, Leslie O. Barnes Professor of management, has been selected by the Institute of Industrial Engineers’ Industrial and Systems Engineering Research Conference as the recipient of the Best Paper in the IIE Transactions Focused Issue on Scheduling and Logistics for 2015.
Gurnani and his paper, “Fast-Ship Commitment Contracts in Retail Supply Chains,” will be recognized at an Honors and Awards Banquet during the Institute’s annual conference and expo, which will be held May 30 – June 2 in Nashville, Tenn.
