The best among the School’s MBA classes of 2013 along with their favorite professors have been honored as part of an annual MBA awards program. Awards were presented to outstanding faculty and the top graduates in the Full-Time MBA, Executive MBA in Palm Beach, MBA for Working Professionals, and Global Executive MBA programs in a ceremony leading to their graduation on May 9. School administrators and staff joined the students, their families and friends to celebrate their accomplishments and to honor the top students with awards from their peers.

Full-Time MBA student Jenny Spalek and Executive MBA student Martin List were honored with their class’s Valedictorian Award for earning the highest grade point average.

Leadership Awards were presented to one student from each of the graduating cohorts. The awards recognize students who demonstrate strong initiative, commitment, passion and leadership among their peers.

The Full-Time MBA cohort A award went to Michael Berger and the cohort B award went to Chad Brick. Sidney Evans won the Leadership Award in the MBA for Working Professionals class that graduates in June. And Carlos Espinosa won the award in the graduating Global Executive MBA class.

Students also honored the professors with outstanding teaching awards. The Full-Time MBA students awarded the Best Core Course award to associate professor of management science, Tallys Yunes. The Best Elective Course award went to Eric Kriss.
