Marketing Professor Serves as Distinguished Speaker at Leading Academic Lecture Series

A. “Parsu” Parasuraman, holder of the James W. McLamore Chair in Marketing, professor and department chair of marketing, served as the 2015 Distinguished Speaker at the annual W.L. Gore Lecture Series in Management Science, hosted by the University of Delaware on April 23, 2015.
Parasuraman delivered a lecture on "Conceptualization of Service Quality,” in which he examined innovative approaches for measuring service quality from the customer’s perspective.
Started in 2011, the W.L. Gore Lecture Series in Management Science features experts in the application of probability, statistics, and experimental design to decision making, including applications in academia, business, government, engineering, and medicine.
